What You'll Do Assemble medical device components Follow detailed work instructions Perform visual quality inspections Complete production documentation accurately Operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work safely while meeting quality and production expectations Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production goals Schedule Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and dependability Ability to follow detailed instructions Comfortable with and able stay focused performing repetitive, hands-on work Collaborative mindset Desire to learn new skills and grow professionally Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and understand work instructions Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to use rulers or other measuring tools Ability to work in a cleanroom environment Reliable transportation to our Arvada facility Ability to work scheduled overtime Manufacturing, assembly, production, electronics assembly, quality inspection, and medical device experience are helpful but not required. Important Information Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana, in accordance with company policy.
