Shifts:
1st Shift (Mon- Thurs. 5am-3:30pm EST) 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs.3:30PM-2:15AM EST)
Pay:
$18/hour Job Summary This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging both sub-assemblies and finished products within a controlled clean room setting, in accordance with established work instructions and approved documentation. Key Responsibilities Independently and collaboratively assemble sub-components and finished products using manual fabrication techniques. Construct detailed and precision-based assemblies by following approved work instructions and method documentation. Conduct mechanical and electrical testing on completed assemblies to verify they meet required specifications and quality standards. Support manufacturing operations by performing assembly tasks across one or more designated production cells. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace, including participation in routine housekeeping activities. Adhere strictly to written procedures and manufacturing documentation for multiple product lines. Comply with all gowning, uniform, and clean room attire requirements as dictated by the work area. Follow guidance and direction provided by team leads or supervisors. Complete additional tasks or special assignments as directed by management. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience performing manual assembly work in a production or manufacturing environment. Ability to assemble small, delicate components using magnification or a microscope. Soldering experience preferred but not required. Previous experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus. Familiarity with standard manufacturing and assembly processes. Proficient in the use of hand tools. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures in English. INDBH #LI-AR1
