Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently hiring for exciting new opportunities in the Dayville, CT. area! We are partnering with a medical manufacturing company that makes small plastic parts used in life-saving medical devices. They specialize in producing plastic tubing and components that go inside tools doctors use for minimally invasive procedures, such as catheters. These products help doctors diagnose and treat patients without major surgery. Positions will work closely with medical device companies to design, test, and manufacture these parts in-house, from early samples all the way through full production. The work done directly supports medical treatments that improve and save patients' lives around the world. Assemblers ($18 per hour) Extruder operator ($20 per hour) Quality control ($18 - $20 per hour) Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (2nd and 3rd shift have differentials!
Responsibilities:
Working with small plastic parts used in medical devices Operating machinery or performing hands-on assembly Inspecting and measuring components for accuracy (QC roles) Following safety, quality, and documentation standards Supporting production teams in a clean, regulated environment
Desired Background/Skills:
Previous manufacturing experience 1+ years Ability to stand for entirety of shift Ability to lift 40lbs This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities. Basic reading, writing, and math skills, including measurements. Ability to learn and use basic computer systems for production and quality tracking. Experience in manufacturing, plastics, or medical device assembly.
