Job Description

Shift 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday Position Summary The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the precision assembly and production of medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and the ability to execute standardized manufacturing procedures. The Manufacturing Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the consistent production of safe, effective, and compliant medical products. Key Responsibilities Perform manual assembly of medical device components in accordance with detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications. Assemble small, intricate parts using hand tools, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments. Operate within a cleanroom environment, strictly following gowning protocols and contamination control procedures. Conduct in-process and final visual inspections to verify product quality, functionality, and workmanship standards. Accurately complete and maintain production documentation, including batch records, travelers, and quality logs, ensuring full compliance and traceability. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , ISO standards, and internal quality system requirements at all times. Handle materials in accordance with established procedures to maintain product integrity and traceability. Identify, document, and escalate non-conforming materials, defects, or process deviations in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in alignment with 5S and safety standards. Consistently meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining strict quality expectations. #
WIL Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
