Description:
We are seeking Cleanroom Technicians to support consumables manufacturing in a controlled cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on operating equipment, handling small components and materials with precision, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, cleanroom production, life sciences, or medical device manufacturing and is comfortable working in a highly regulated, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established SOPs and work instructions. Operate in a cleanroom environment while following contamination-control procedures. Handle small components and materials with precision and care. Operate manufacturing equipment and perform repetitive production activities. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, production requirements, and efficiency metrics. Ensure products meet established quality specifications. Follow ISO-compliant manufacturing practices. Accurately document production activities and manufacturing information. Use computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members, trainers, and other departments. Support additional production projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred. Experience working in a cleanroom, life sciences, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed SOPs and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good vision and the ability to work with small components. Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately. Familiarity with ISO or quality-system requirements is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds. Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform precise handling of small materials. Cleanroom Environment Employees will follow required cleanroom procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include: Lab coat Shoe covers Hair/beard nets Safety glasses Gloves This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing or machine operation experience who wants to build experience in a regulated cleanroom environment. Candidates currently pursuing a degree may be considered provided their school schedule does not interfere with the Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM work schedule..
