Job Description Summary:
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Levels I-III) is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical and mechanical components for complex equipment, often in a medical device or manufacturing environment . This role progresses from entry-level (I) to advanced/lead (III) based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities (All Levels) Assemble electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components and systems Follow work instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs) Perform basic to complex wiring, soldering, and cable routing Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Conduct inspection, testing, and basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Levels I-III) Performs assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection of electrical and mechanical components in a manufacturing or medical device environment. Works from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to build and ensure quality of assemblies. Assembler I (Entry Level) Supports basic assembly operations including simple mechanical builds, cable routing, and light wiring. Follows detailed instructions under close supervision and learns tools, materials, and quality standards. Assists with inspections and maintains a clean, organized workspace. Assembler II (Mid-Level) Performs more complex electro-mechanical assembly and point-to-point wiring. Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics independently, conducts testing, and troubleshoots minor issues. Works with minimal supervision and may assist in training entry-level assemblers. Assembler III (Senior Level) Leads advanced assembly of full systems, including complex wiring, panel builds, and final integration. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, supports engineering builds, and ensures high-quality standards. Works independently and may guide or train team members.Pay:
