Electromechanical Assemblers on 1st shift, paying 20/hr Job Description Join our dynamic Production Operations Team as a Medical Assembler, responsible for assembling critical medical equipment used in hospital rooms. You will work on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Assemble components of a bedside monitoring device with precision. Follow established assembly processes and techniques meticulously. Document any defective parts or errors encountered during the assembly process. Ensure quality and efficiency in every step of the assembly process. Perform final testing on sub-assemblies to ensure functionality. Work in a team-oriented environment and be cross-trained into six stations. Essential Skills At least one year of experience in electro/mechanical medical operations. Mechanical aptitude with a strong interest in the medical device industry. Proficiency in using hand tools and computer programs like MS Word. Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and solve problems. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and record traceability information. Capability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous assembly and testing experience. Ability to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbs. Effective communication skills in English. Experience in general production, inventory, packing, and mechanical assembly. Why Work Here?
