What You'll Do Work in a regulated clean room environment , following all safety and quality standards Use a microscope to assemble and inspect very small, precision medical components Perform hands-on assembly including fine wire and coil work with hair-thin materials Count, sort, and inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality specifications Follow detailed work instructions and production orders from start to finish Rotate between workstations as you gain certifications and expand your skillset Operate production equipment for manual feeding and part handling Measure and inspect components using precision tools Support packaging and labeling of finished medical products Maintain a clean, organized workstation in alignment with clean room standards Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production What You Bring 3+ months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production (or strong, reliable work history) Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills Comfort working with small parts and microscopes High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely around production equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Nice to
