Quality Inspector/Medical Device Tech/Medical Device Assembly Pay Rate:
$28/hr
Duration:
11 Months contract with possibilities of extension
Shift:
Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3:30
PM Location:
Minneapolis, MN Job Summary Rangam is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of purchased materials, components, and finished products in accordance with established quality procedures. This role supports inspection, testing, documentation, material handling, and quality system compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to procedures and specifications. Record inspection and testing results accurately. Operate test and measurement equipment following documented instructions. Document non-conforming materials in the Non-Conforming Material Review system. Support First Article inspections, GR&R studies, and special testing requests. Assist with data collection, analysis, and trending activities. Participate in quality system and regulatory compliance initiatives. Handle and move materials/boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of inspection experience. Minimum 1 year of material handling experience. Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience using inspection tools and measurement equipment. Familiarity with GMP, QMS, EMS, or regulated environments. Experience with dimensional and functional inspections.

Up to $28.00 per hour
