Job Title:
Medical Assembler- Job Description
- Join our team as a Medical Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling various medical devices. This position involves using hand tools and microscopes, requiring precision and the ability to learn complex processes quickly. You will work under a microscope, cross-train at different stations, and handle small components with care.
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. + Cross-train at different assembly stations. + Handle small components and parts with precision. + Work under a microscope for detailed assembly tasks. + Inspect assembled products for quality assurance. + Participate in weekly overtime as required.
- Essential Skills
- + Good verbal and written communication skills in English. + Great hand dexterity for precise assembly. + Ability to understand measurements using rulers and calipers. + Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work overtime.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Preferably 6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly. + Experience with microscope and cleanroom environments. + Motivation to learn and take direction effectively.

- Work Environment
- Experience a full cleanroom environment at a leading medical device company. You will be required to wear a hair net, gown, booties, and wash your hands before entering the cleanroom. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

- The pay range for this position is $18.
