• . In this role, you will assemble life-saving medical devices in a clean, state-of-the-art production environment. The ideal candidate has strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn complex assembly processes quickly.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble medical devices using hand tools, microscopes, blades, and cutters.

+ Perform detailed assembly work under a microscope. + Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision. + Cross-train and work at multiple assembly stations. + Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. + Read and understand measurements using rulers and calipers. + Work in a full cleanroom environment while following all safety and quality procedures. + Participate in overtime as needed.

• Required Skills
• + Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. + Ability to work with small parts under a microscope. + Basic understanding of measurements using rulers and calipers. + Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly. + Ability to learn and adapt to detailed assembly processes. + Willingness to work overtime when required.

• The pay range for this position is $18.

75 - $19.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
