Medical Assembler Job Description Join our team as a Medical Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling various medical devices. This position involves using hand tools and microscopes, requiring precision and the ability to learn complex processes quickly. You will work under a microscope, cross-train at different stations, and handle small components with care. Responsibilities Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. Cross-train at different assembly stations. Handle small components and parts with precision. Work under a microscope for detailed assembly tasks. Inspect assembled products for quality assurance. Participate in weekly overtime as required. Essential Skills Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Great hand dexterity for precise assembly. Ability to understand measurements using rulers and calipers. Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work overtime. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferably 6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly. Experience with microscope and cleanroom environments. You will be required to wear a hair net, gown, booties, and wash your hands before entering the cleanroom. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
