  • About the Role
  • We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as
  • Medical Assemblers
  • . You will begin in the coiling department within a cleanroom environment, where you'll operate coil winding machines and assemble precision components used in life‑saving medical devices such as stents, catheters, and leads. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hand dexterity, microscope experience, and a passion for quality.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + •Operate coil winding machines•to wrap coils around spindles + •Inspect and manipulate wires•using microscopes + •Alternate between sitting and standing•for up to 8 hours + •Use small hand tools•with and without microscopes + •Assemble medical components•following written instructions + •Inspect and deburr molded parts•using pliers, filers, and other tools + •Perform repetitive tasks•with high accuracy in cleanroom conditions + •Operate laser welding machines•to weld small components + •Work in non-cleanroom areas•using automated presses and stamping machines + •Inspect and finish metal parts•to ensure precision and quality •Required Skills & Experience•+ •4-6+ months•of medical manufacturing or small‑part assembly experience + •4-6+ months•of microscope experience + Strong •hand dexterity•and attention to detail + Experience working in •cleanroom environments•Preferred Qualifications•+ Mechanical aptitude for working with machines + Experience in sewing or other fine‑motor activities + Willingness to cross‑train across multiple assembly lines •Why You'll Love Working Here•Join a diverse, stable, and employee‑focused organization with over •400 years of history•.

  • clean, modern facility
  • with both cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas: + Cleanroom roles require gowning (smock, booties, hair net, beard net if applicable, eye protection) + Makeup and jewelry are permitted + Non-cleanroom areas require eye protection and may be slightly louder + Work involves alternating between sitting and standing

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
