Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM

• 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Key Responsibilities
• Assemble medical device products according to specifications
• Perform visual inspection and testing of components and finished products
• Utilize microscopes for periodic inspection tasks
• Package and box finished goods
• Operate tools such as electric torque drivers and screwdrivers
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with FDA and GMP standards
• Maintain a cleanroom environment and follow gowning procedures
• Participate in cross-training across different functions Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 1-3 years of experience in a cleanroom environment within the medical device industry
• Hands-on assembly experience in medical device manufacturing
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Familiarity with SOPs, FDA regulations, and GMP standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with soldering and microscope inspection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
