What You'll Do Perform high‑precision assembly using a microscope 90% of the shift Inspect, manipulate, and assemble micro‑sized wires and components Work across key production areas including molding, CEA assembly, laser welding , and implantable housings Use small hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly steps Follow detailed manufacturing instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy Perform quality checks, including deburring and microscopic inspection , to keep parts to exact standards Contribute to a clean, safe, and regulated cleanroom environment What Makes This Role Great ✅ Hands-on, meaningful work —your precision supports life‑saving medical devices ✅ Stable, full‑time opportunity with clear growth paths ✅ Clean, climate‑controlled environment ✅ Team-centered culture in a mission-driven industry ✅ Training provided for motivated candidates with the right foundational experience What We're Looking For To succeed here, you'll need: 6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small‑part assembly At least 3 months of microscope experience — or confidence working under one for extended periods Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Comfort working in a cleanroom setting A reliable, detail-focused mindset If you're ready to take the next step in a growing industry and be part of a team that produces high‑impact medical devices, we'd love to talk with you! Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Vadnais Heights, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
