Monday-Friday Starting Pay:
From $23.00/hour (commensurate with experience, certification, and licensure) Join a compassionate and collaborative team at Concord Orthopaedics! We are currently seeking an Orthopedic Technician to support our clinical operations and enhance the patient experience. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with physicians, assist with orthopedic procedures, and provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with procedures and patient examinations Conduct patient intake, including rooming, medical history, and vital signs Apply and remove casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices Perform dressing changes and prepare injections as directed Support efficient patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Deliver compassionate and professional care during all patient interactions Complete other office or clinical duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Casting experience required High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of medical office experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
