• Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM $20-30/hr (based on demonstrated skill) Manfredi O&P Affiliates — a privately owned prosthetics practice serving Monmouth & Ocean Counties since 1958 — is hiring a skilled Prosthetic Technician for our Eatontown, NJ lab.

This is not an entry-level or training role. We are looking for someone whose hands already know this work. If your fabrication experience is limited to CAD modeling and generic 3D printing, this position is not a fit. THE BAR Day one — or its equivalent in another trade — you can pull a definitive lamination, pour and rectify a plaster positive model, and form a check socket to fit, with minimal supervision once you know our shop. If that's you, we want to talk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Laminate definitive sockets and frames — carbon, nylon, fiberglass, acrylic/epoxy resins, PVA-bag technique Pour, modify, and rectify plaster positive models from casts Thermoform and fabricate diagnostic/check sockets Assemble, align, and finish prosthetic components Keep a clean, safe, organized lab

A PLUS, NOT THE JOB

We run Proteor and PVA printing in our workflow. Real, applied prosthetic printing experience — slicing and printing sockets or components in a clinical/O&P setting — is a strong plus. Generic hobby printing and CAD modeling on their own do not qualify you for this role.

The craft transfers. If you've done skilled fabrication in marine/boat composites, carbon fiber, dental lab, foundry or pattern-making, or mold and prop work — layup, resins, plaster, working from a mold to a finished part — we'll bridge the prosthetic-specific workflow. We can teach you our devices. We can't teach you how to work with your hands.

WHAT IT TAKES

Hands-on, paid experience fabricating with resins, laminates, composites, or plaster/molds — from a mold or model to a finished piece (REQUIRED) Ability to work independently to a spec with minimal oversight once oriented (REQUIRED) Reliable on-site commute to Eatontown, NJ, M-F — no remote or hybrid (REQUIRED) Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods High school diploma or

GED PAY & BENEFITS
