GED Full Job Description Position Summary:
Under the direction of a supervisor, performs a variety of tasks and operations that are required to support and execute the production of medical devices. This includes operating manufacturing equipment within the Secondary Operations department, inspecting parts, completing documentation and performing preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties within the manufacturing space. Adherence to established Standard Work Instructions (SWI's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Quality Management System (QMS) is essential. Responsibilities:
Vapor Degreasing Passivation / Ultrasonic Cleaning Ice Blasting Sodium Bicarbonate Blasting Glass Bead Blasting Manual Deburring Epoxy Paint Straightening Assist in Anodization when required Assist in Laser Marking when required Manual Deburring as needed Simple Component Assembly Interpret job travelers, blueprints and inspection documents to accurately laser mark devices Perform inspections to verify device meets quality standards and customer specifications. Operate and maintain equipment by following established procedures, perform preventive maintenance. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area Understand and accurately execute

transactions to support job functions. Accurately document production by completing forms, reports, logs and records of jobs and equipment. Adhere to Tyber Medical Safety and OSHA requirements. Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Work Instructions (SWI's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Quality Management System (QMS). Other duties as assigned. Experience /
Core Competencies:
Ability to operate measuring tools, i.e., calipers, micrometers, vision systems, gauges, etc. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to read, acknowledge and adhere to SOP's, SWI's, cGMP, GDP and QMS. Ability to execute ERP transactions and record job traveler information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, and effectively under pressure. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong finger and hand dexterity. Strong visual and auditory acuity. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Required / Preferred
Education High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Second Shift 2pm - 10:30pm
