Perform precision assembly, cleaning, deburring, and hand-finishing of medical components
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production routers to ensure accuracy
Inspect parts during assembly to verify fit, finish, and cleanliness
Conduct in-process inspections and basic testing to meet customer specifications
Identify and report nonconforming parts or materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area What We're Looking For
Experience with hand tools (assembly, manufacturing, or similar work preferred)
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
High level of attention to detail and quality
Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams/blueprints
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Clean manufacturing or cleanroom environment (PPE required)
Standing or sitting for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for fine motor work and small components
