Our team is pioneering innovative treatment and diagnostic devices that help advance modern healthcare. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our growing production and engineering support team. This is a hands-on, full-time on-site role working with advanced microelectronic assemblies and state-of-the-art equipment. Candidates should be passionate about precision work, problem-solving, and contributing to meaningful medical technology. Key Responsibilities Perform rework and testing of electronic printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies used in medical devices Track and document rework progress accurately Support research and development of new components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes Assist engineering teams with design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype devices and test equipment Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with quality system procedures and regulatory requirements Required Skills & Experience Intermediate to advanced microelectronic soldering skills required Experience with PCB rework, ideally including HDI circuits and microscope-assisted micro soldering Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work in a regulated environment (ISO or FDA design control experience is a plus) Experience in medical device assembly is a plus Applicants will be asked to demonstrate soldering skills during the interview process. Education High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training or relevant hands-on soldering experience strongly preferred Work Environment This role operates in both a professional office and laboratory setting. Work includes the use of soldering stations, microscopes, laser equipment, and standard office tools such as computers. Full training will be provided for specialized equipment.
