Onsite Role Overview BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to support our client's manufacturing operations in Plano, TX. This position performs precision assembly, repair, inspection, and testing of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. This role requires constant microscope use and the ability to accurately handle and maneuver small components and parts. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to quality, and experience with assembly, inspection, and microscope-based work. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device products and assemblies. Work with pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components. Use a microscope throughout the workday to perform detailed assembly and inspection activities. Handle and maneuver small components and precision parts. Inspect assembled products and components for quality and accuracy. Follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions. Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive precision assembly activities. Support quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Accurately complete assigned production activities. Use applicable computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Multitask effectively while maintaining product quality and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to meet production requirements. Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience required. Previous assembly experience preferred. Medical device manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using a microscope for assembly, inspection, or similar precision work preferred. Experience performing quality inspections preferred. Ability to handle and manipulate small components and parts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to perform precision work requiring constant microscope use. Ability to multitask effectively in a manufacturing environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Working knowledge of relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
