1st and 2nd Shift Available $20 - $23/HR Job Description This role focuses on the manufacturing and assembly of medical devices, including catheter assemblies performed under a microscope in a regulated cleanroom environment. You will follow established procedures and documentation standards to ensure every product meets strict quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while supporting ongoing process development and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Assemble medical devices, including catheter assemblies, under a microscope while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency. Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance requirements, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and all Safety requirements. Successfully complete training on assigned production tasks and apply that training consistently in daily work. Interpret and use travelers/routers, identify and verify materials, and correctly utilize production and inspection tools and equipment required for product builds. Operate tools and equipment used in manufacturing and inspection and complete all associated documentation accurately and on time. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
