Job Description

Our client, in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Assembler level 3 to join their team. As a Medical Assembler level 3, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and testing of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
  • Days (08:00-17:00)
  • What's the Job?
  • + Perform mechanical assembly and sample builds of medical devices, including mixing chemical formulations + Use specialized equipment and tooling to heat form tips on catheter shafts and apply coatings + Photograph and characterize samples, and prepare samples for conditioning and testing + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods to ensure quality compliance + Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed •What's Needed?
  • + High school diploma or equivalent + At least two years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred + Ability to read, interpret, and follow specifications written in English + Experience with small parts, microscopes, and measurement tools + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
