  • 3:30 PM) + OT on Friday Job Summary Assembler responsible for precision medical device assembly, production documentation, and quality compliance in a cleanroom environment.
Focus on multi-line assembly, maintaining production standards, and supporting lean manufacturing practices . Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly) Assemble medical devices across multiple product lines at target rates Maintain production records (DHR, data sheets, lot control) Follow SOPs, GMP, and quality system procedures Interpret and execute supervisor/lead instructions Adapt to new processes and product changes Cross-train across product lines Assist in training junior assemblers Identify and report material shortages Support lean activities (Kanban, process improvement) Maintain cleanroom standards and safety compliance Perform repetitive precision assembly tasks Core Duties Medical device assembly Production documentation & compliance Quality system adherence (GMP, GDP) Lean manufacturing participation Cross-functional teamwork Work Environment / Role Nature Cleanroom manufacturing setup Repetitive, high-precision work Quality and compliance focused Requires strong manual dexterity Required Skills Medical device / ISO assembly
  • 1-2 years Production documentation (DHR, GMP, GDP)
  • 1+ year Cleanroom environment experience
  • 1+ year Assembly tools & equipment handling
  • 1+ year Manual dexterity & hand-eye coordination
  • 1+ year Basic computer skills (MS Windows)
  • 1+ year Preferred Skills Lean Manufacturing (Kanban, 5S)
  • 1+ year Training / mentoring support
  • 1+ year Microscopes, soldering, ultrasonic welders
  • 1+ year Measurement tools (calipers, gauges)
  • 1+ year Basic math skills
  • 1+ year Technical / Functional Exposure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • 1+ year Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
