This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, temperature-controlled work environment. No optical experience is required - you'll receive training for the role. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working with small parts and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit. Role Highlights $18.00/hour 1st shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Temp-to-hire opportunity Clean, temperature-controlled work environment Training provided Work on optical and medical products What You will do As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll perform detailed assembly work on small optical and lighting components. Assemble small optical components and parts Use small hand tools and quality measurement devices Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standards Complete detailed production documentation Follow GMP, ISO and Standard Operating Procedures Safely operate production equipment Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks What You will Bring High school diploma or GED Ability to read and follow written work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools Ability to read, write and communicate in English as required for safety and production documentation Previous assembly, manufacturing, production or optical experience is helpful, but not required Ready to bring your precision skills to a team building high-quality optical components?
