Rubber Machine Operator

Job Overview Contribute toward the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department. Complies with current ISO requirements, good housekeeping, and all safety requirements.

A Day In The Life To set up and operate rubber encapsulation machine, per requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and process sheet Adhere to all safety regulations for the safety of self and others. Assure that machine is operated with proper mold, and at proper temperature. Perform at a level to maintain production standards. May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements. Inspect product to assure continued conformance to specifications. Completes all documents, performs required rework to nonconforming product. May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements. • High school diploma or GED preferred. Employee must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions. Computer knowledge and keyboard skills a plus. Mathematical Skills
• Basic mathematical skills are required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Reasoning Ability
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
