Cement Mixer Driver

Job Overview:

Precision Ready Mix is seeking a CDL (A or B) driver to join our team.​ As a Driver, you will be responsible for aggregate runs as well as concrete deliveries to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization. Drivers are a key representation of PRM on job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery of concrete to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various types of trucks (per licensing), including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and concrete mixer trucks
• Transport materials to designated locations in a timely manner
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before and after each trip
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders is a plus
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
• Time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
