Job Description
Remediation Technician - Water, Fire & Mold Trademark is seeking a skilled remediation technician to join our team supporting water, fire, mold, remediation, and restoration projects throughout the Central Valley. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their trade, communicate professionally, work well within a team environment, and want to be part of a company focused on quality workmanship and long-term growth. Job Responsibilities Perform water, fire, and mold remediation work Set up containment and protection systems Remove damaged building materials and debris Operate drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices Perform demolition related to remediation projects Follow remediation protocols and company procedures Document job progress with photos and moisture readings Maintain clean and organized jobsites Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Follow company procedures and safety standards Qualifications & Experience Remediation, mitigation, restoration, demolition, or construction experience preferred Understanding of water, fire, and mold remediation processes preferred Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team Valid driver license preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work standing, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting materials Must be able to work in physically active environments Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits Vacation Sick leave Paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Company vehicles Consistent full-time work About Trademark Trademark is a licensed general contractor serving the Central Valley with remodeling, remediation, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties.
