High school/Diploma Flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed. Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Experience in Metal casting/ Metal manufacturing/ Foundry experience is highly Preferred. 1 year of forklift driving. Ability to carry 50 Lbs., and to lift, up to 70 lbs. Occasionally Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and regulations as per company policy. Follow all work instructions and procedures. Work with Molten metal in foundry. Maintaining consistent metal flow to casting table throughout cast. Plugging and unplugging melting furnace. Help in all other pre and pro cast operations. Loading/unloading metal-logs in and out of the equipment. The base hourly pay range for this position is $20.00- $21.17. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
