We have 12 great full-time employees at our 10,000 square foot facility that keep our offset and digital printing and direct mail processing services humming for customers that have been with us for years. We need a prepress operator that can work with all aspects of our prepress and workflow, including preflight, file preparation and output to digital printing devices and offset printing presses. We are looking for a detail-oriented Print Production & Pre-Press Organizer to join our team. This role involves collecting and designing customer artwork, preparing artwork files for printing, and operating our inkjet label printer and finishing equipment. You will ensure high-quality prints through pre-press adjustments in Photoshop and Illustrator , as well as conduct quality assurance checks. This full-time day position is important to our company and our long-term success, and the right person will be a very valuable asset to our organization. Required Experience and Duties

• Ideally, you'll have experience with both digital and offset processes. You'll need to have demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Publisher and related graphics programs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, PitStop and PDF workflow.
• Experience with Navigator and Momentum RIP software, EFI command work station, IMPO2 imposition software or similar prepress, workflow and direct imaging products.
• Experience with digital output devices such as large format output, proofers, color and black/white copies, and variable data are all helpful skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality control and problem-solving skills.
• Get bonus points for creative skills. We're not designers, but customers always need help and simple designs.
• Bottom line? Receive the customers files. Make sure they are correct, or fix them. Get the jobs through the production process with the least amount of problems in the shortest timeframe. Smile! We Will Provide
