ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Perform setup, startup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of high speed, thin wall injection molding machines. Experience in working on Husky, Netstal and Engel machines. Independently perform machine adjustments within allowable parameters. Knowledge and application of scientific molding principles. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills applied when performing adjustments to Injection molding Machines. Ability to work well alone and as a member of a team. Ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities, and work environment. Positive attitude and open mind to continuous improvement. Ability to identify and communicate ideas and concerns that will improve production and overall quality of the workplace. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment. Must be self-motivated and organized. Able to work overtime and weekends, as needed. Understanding of Geometry and Basic Algebra Ensure adherence to customer specifications and accurately document all records related to downtime, production, scrap, repairs, process deviation, etc. Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively participation in the safe work of others and the safety of the overall environment.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma is required. 5+ years' experience in Injection Molding, Thin Wall Molding is a plus Scientific Molding Certification i.e. RJG Mold Master 1 Certification is a plus (more pay if Certified) Experience with Robotic part removal. Understanding of Geometry and Basic Algebra.Pay:
$28.00- $32.
