By focusing on low-power, high-density designs, we aim to lower the cost of testing while exceeding expectations on every project. As a full-time Test Operator, you will support our production and prototype testing efforts by operating semiconductor test systems, ensuring accurate and efficient test execution to meet customer delivery schedules. You will work closely with Planning, Operations, and Engineering teams to uphold product quality and on-time performance.
Schedule Requirement:
This role is scheduled for Tuesday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and candidates must be able to commit to these hours. Responsibilities Hand testing chips manually to product specifications, from production trays, using hand vacuums to move product between product trays and the test heads Perform routine calibration and maintenance on testers, motherboards, and load boards; requires diagnosis and debugging at times Diagnosing/Debugging Manual Tester/Setup issues and providing standard documentation for repair Managing and maintaining sockets for them to perform correctly Entering proper lot information when starting Nextest System user interface, accurately record test outcome data into automation software Complying with both corporate and ISO standards, drive for continuous improvement in test Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Availability to work onsite Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written instructions, test procedures, and work instructions. Comfortable using computers for basic tasks, including data entry, navigating test interfaces, and logging results. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to safely handle small electronic components and devices. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain focus in a production environment.
