Role and Responsibilities:

The primary function of this position is to identify defects and sort scrap or rework boards from good ones. Additionally, the employee will rework excess copper shorts using an X-acto knife and blades under a dynascope or magnification glass. The operator will maintain logs, internal documentation, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 4+ years Industry experience Familiarity with computers Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to work overtime and weekends. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Good Visual acuity Basic shop mathematical ability.
