Molding Machine Operator Putnam, CT Are you ready to shape the future with precision and skill? Our client is seeking a dedicated Molding Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality molded products that meet stringent specifications. Responsibilities of the Molding Machine Operator Operate and tend to molding machines, ensuring consistent machine cycles. Perform secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, and reaming. Conduct in-process inspections using tools like micrometers and verniers. Identify and address quality issues, documenting findings and completing reports. Package and label products accurately, ensuring proper movement to the next operation. Utilize hand and machine tools for various operations, maintaining set-ups and tolerances. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements of the Molding Machine Operator Ability to work from job orders and follow verbal and written instructions. Proficiency in using measuring tools for quality assurance. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect quality problems. Physical capability to exert 5-25 pounds of force frequently. Ability to work in environments with significant heat and noise. Excellent eye/hand coordination and finger dexterity. Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety rules and procedures.
