Description Job Summary Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support our production operations. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring bakery production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent product output. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating industrial machinery, follows work instructions closely, and takes ownership of quality, safety, and equipment care. This is a

THIRD SHIFT

running 6pm-6am paying $20 - $25 an hour with overtime required based off production needs (5-15 hours a week). Job Duties

• Set up and operate production equipment including mixers, dividers, molders, proofers, ovens, slicers, and packaging machinery
• Follow written work instructions and production specifications to correctly calculate, prepare, and load materials based on the product being produced
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process and make operator-level adjustments as needed
• Perform routine, operator-level preventive maintenance such as cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and basic adjustments
• Troubleshoot common operating issues such as jams, misfeeds, alarms, or minor quality defects, escalating more complex issues to maintenance
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
