Part-Time Kids Store Sales Associate / Birthday Party Host

This is not a temporary position. We are looking for someone reliable who can stay with us long-term. Saturday & Sunday are required please do not apply if you cant work these days. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to join our kids boutique and help host birthday parties and events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, is outgoing, and can multitask in a fun, fast-paced environment. Schedule Part-tim, Weekend availability required plus Some weekday afternoon shifts Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience Coordinate and host birthday parties, managing all aspects from setup to cleanup to deliver unforgettable celebrations Lead engaging activities and entertainment tailored to children's interests during parties and store events Handle cash transactions accurately at the register, including processing payments and giving change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area to ensure a safe and inviting environment for guests Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm Support event planning efforts by setting up decorations, organizing supplies, and assisting with promotional activities Requirements Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or working with children is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking or storytelling Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive environment for kids and parents alike Experience in events management or hosting group activities is a plus Basic food service skills or experience in resort or theater settings can be beneficial for party hosting duties Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're energetic, passionate about creating joyful experiences for children, and eager to develop your skills in a lively retail setting!
