(Department of Transportation) regulations Full Job Description Interstate Concrete Services, LLC. is seeking a CDL A/B skilled and dependable Truck Driver with experience operating concrete mixer trucks and transporting materials to construction sites. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and punctuality, and is capable of thriving in dynamic outdoor work environments. This role is critical to supporting our on-site operations, and requires precision in vehicle handling, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective coordination with both dispatch and field crews. Key Responsibilities Operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites in a safe and timely manner. Ensure secure loading and unloading of materials, following established safety protocols and site-specific guidelines. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain compliance with FDOT and company safety standards. Assist in material handling by operating loaders or other heavy equipment as needed. Accurately maintain logs and delivery documentation, including quantities, time stamps, and site locations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and team members to ensure delivery precision and job site readiness. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicle Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Demonstrated experience operating concrete mixer trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Ability to work in the United States of America Bilingual Spanish and English speaking candidates preferred Familiarity with the operation of loaders and related heavy and equipment machinery. Solid understanding of construction site logistics, safety regulations, and FDOT compliance. Ability to lift 50lbs or more Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team-driven environment. Proven reliability, punctuality, and time-management capabilities. Familiar with pre-post trip inspections on Samsara software Work Environment & Schedule Outdoor work conditions with exposure to weather elements. Standard schedule includes 8-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime based on project needs.
