We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida. As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to specifications.

High SchoolResponsibilities Preventative & Corrective Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems of injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, or Husky) to minimize unplanned downtime.System Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair complex equipment failures, including PLC logic issues, heater band malfunctions, and servo-motor discrepancies, ensuring rapid return-to-service.Tooling & Mold Care:
Assist with mold changes and perform basic tool maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and identifying wear or damage to cavities and cores.Auxiliary Equipment Support:
Maintain and repair peripheral systems such as robotic part removers, material dryers, thermolators, and grinders to ensure a seamless production cycle.Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards while maintaining detailed digital logs of all repairs and parts used.
