As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to specifications.

salary:

$55,000•$60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up injection molding machines, install molds, and configure auxiliary equipment. Prepare raw materials, measure and mix resin, colorants, and additives. Perform mold changes, ensure proper alignment and cleanliness. Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal molding process. Inspect molded parts, make adjustments to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, take corrective actions. Perform routine maintenance, coordinate complex repairs with technicians. Monitor production output, address bottlenecks, and delays. Maintain accurate production records and complete documentation. Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with standards. Identify process improvement opportunities, implement new techniques.
