The Mold Remediation Technician is the primary technician responding to requests for remediation services.

Job Duties:

Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles Placing containment Understanding a written mold protocol Passing the post-remediation verification (PRV) testing Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines Maintaining photographic and written documentation Warehouse organization and maintenance

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be reliable, driven, and willing to be part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed directions. Ability to climb and work while on a ladder. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds, with the ability to lift and move 75 pounds. Ability to work in physically demanding environment. Basic understanding of technology and computer skills. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
