Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, dependable Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. Qualifications & Experience Experience in water mitigation and water damage restoration Experience with mold remediation Knowledge of proper drying, containment, demolition, and remediation procedures Basic to intermediate carpentry skills — framing, drywall, trim, repairs, and general construction knowledge Ability to assess job-site conditions and determine the appropriate scope of work Comfortable working in residential and commercial properties Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities Respond to water damage and mold remediation projects Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and cleanup Set up and maintain drying equipment Perform mold containment and remediation work Assist with reconstruction and repairs as needed Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate professionally with customers and team members Document work performed and job-site conditions We are looking for someone who is experienced in the restoration industry but can also handle basic construction and carpentry work.
