Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous forklift experience is preferred and beneficial for moving materials and finished products. Experience in construction, production, or similar industrial environments is an advantage. Comfort working in dusty, dirty, and outdoor industrial conditions. Work Environment This role is based in an outdoor production environment under a covered pavilion, where conditions reflect the weather: it is hot when temperatures are high and cold when temperatures are low. The work area is dusty and dirty due to concrete production and industrial processes. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with frequent Saturday work, typically totaling about 60 hours per week, and requires standing on your feet for most of the shift. Personal protective equipment is required, including steel-toed boots, and you will work around heavy machinery, concrete materials, and forklifts in a busy production facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wildwood, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
