Responsibilities Safely operate concrete mixers, dump trucks, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment to transport materials efficiently across construction sites Drive commercial vehicles adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws to deliver concrete and related materials on time Assist with concrete pumping, pouring, finishing, and forming tasks to ensure high-quality application and adherence to project specifications Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety standards Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate the movement of materials, ensuring smooth workflow on site Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and safety checks for compliance and reporting purposes Skills Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, concrete pumps, and mixers in a construction environment Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle operation, including dump trucks and concrete mixers Familiarity with paving techniques, concrete finishing, rebar installation, and concrete forming processes Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime Ability to work safely in active construction sites while following all safety protocols Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and site managers Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record is preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a tangible difference!
