Position Overview If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with technology, this is your opportunity to step into a fast-paced operational role. PDS Tech is hiring a Test Operator in Marietta, GA to support testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection of point-of-sale (POS) equipment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring devices are fully functional, quality-checked, and ready for deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic technical skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in production, testing, or warehouse environments.

Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Testing & Troubleshooting Perform functional testing on POS (point-of-sale) equipment Conduct triage and basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues Quality Control Inspect equipment to ensure it meets quality and performance standards Identify defects, inconsistencies, or damage and escalate as needed Operations Support Follow detailed work instructions and accurately document test results Assist with additional tasks to support daily operational needs Performance Expectations Consistent and accurate testing output Strong attention to detail with minimal errors Adherence to processes, quality standards, and productivity goals Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic PC/computer skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Preferred Skills Experience in testing, production, warehouse, or repair environments Basic troubleshooting or technical aptitude Strong attention to detail and reliability Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Why Join PDS Tech? Pay Details:
