Job Description

Job Title:
Injection Molding Operator IThe person is in charge of: Maintaining production
Responsibility:
  • Perform and Document IPC checks according to testing procedures and pruf plans.
  • Operate Injection Molding Machines according to SOPs and training.
  • Understand Production Order and components needed for order.
  • Pack product according to Production Order and as instructed and trained.
  • Ensure labels match Production Order.
  • Follow GDP guidelines.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Operate and clean Carton Erector machine.
  • BABTEC and PC operation as trained.
  • Operation of floor scrubber.
  • Keep equipment and work area clean throughout shift and ready for next shift.
  • Assist other operators as necessary to ensure proper work instructions and quality procedures are being followed.
  • Communicate any IPC results that are out of specification.
  • Report any manufacturing process issues or equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize scrap and downtime.
  • Properly fill out Goods Receipt and deliver pallets/bins to designated area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Manufacturing Experience or Equivalent
  • Must have sufficient communication and writing skills.
  • Must be able to perform fast pace and detailed packaging work.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 70lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
  • Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOP's, PP's and TP's
  • Must be able to perform fast paced and detailed packaging wor
