Job Title:

Senior Blow Molding Technician Compensation Range:

$28.00•$34.00 per hour

Location:

Rochester, NY The relocation fee will be determined based on the size of the family and the location.

Shifts Available:

+ 2nd

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 2:30pm•11:00pm + every other weekend + 3rd

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 10:30pm•7:00am + every other weekend A Day in the

Life:

+ Set up and start up various molding machines per production schedules + Install, align, and remove molds + Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for optimal performance + Perform first-piece inspections and troubleshoot molding/process issues + Monitor machine performance and perform necessary adjustments + Conduct routine maintenance on molds and equipment + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures + Maintain accurate documentation + Collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams

Qualifications Education:

+ High school diploma or GED required + Technical training preferred

Experience:

+ Experience with extrusion blow molding preferred + Previous experience running molding machines highly desired + Injection blow molding experience also considered + Proficient with molding machines and tooling + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Knowledge of plastics materials and processing techniques

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
