Job Title:
Senior Blow Molding Technician Compensation Range:
$28.00•$34.00 per hour
Location:
Rochester, NY The relocation fee will be determined based on the size of the family and the location.
Shifts Available:
2nd
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 2:30pm•11:00pm + every other weekend 3rd
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 10:30pm•7:00am + every other weekend A Day in the
Life:
Set up and start up various molding machines per production schedules Install, align, and remove molds Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for optimal performance Perform first-piece inspections and troubleshoot molding/process issues Monitor machine performance and perform necessary adjustments Conduct routine maintenance on molds and equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED required Technical training preferred
Experience:
Experience with extrusion blow molding preferred Previous experience running molding machines highly desired Injection blow molding experience also considered Proficient with molding machines and tooling Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of plastics materials and processing techniques
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
