  Senior Blow Molding Technician

• Compensation Range:

• $28.00
• $34.00 per hour

• Location:

• Rochester, NY The relocation fee will be determined based on the size of the family and the location.

• Shifts Available:

• Monday
• Friday, 2:30pm
• 11:00pm + every other weekend +
• 3rd

Shift:

• Monday
• Friday, 10:30pm
• 7:00am + every other weekend
• A Day in the

Life:

• + Set up and start up various molding machines per production schedules + Install, align, and remove molds + Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for optimal performance + Perform first-piece inspections and troubleshoot molding/process issues + Monitor machine performance and perform necessary adjustments + Conduct routine maintenance on molds and equipment + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures + Maintain accurate documentation + Collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams •Qualifications•

Education:

• + High school diploma or GED required + Technical training preferred

• Experience:

• + •Experience with extrusion blow molding•preferred + •Previous experience running molding machines•highly desired + •Injection blow molding experience also considered•+ •Proficient with molding machines and tooling•+ •Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills•+ •Knowledge of plastics materials and processing techniques•
