Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Injection Molding Process Technician to join our dynamic team in Elgin, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our injection molding operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery and production processes. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and product quality. Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance. Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Proven experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machinery, and materials. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Injection Molding Experience Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience Machines & technologies you'll use: Injection Molding Machine (Arburg, Haitian)
