2-2-3 Rotating Shift (3-day weekend every other week!)

6:45 PM

•7:00 AM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch + 2 extra paid breaks per night

Pay:

$35

•39/hr + 5% Night Shift Differential (based on experience)

Role Summary:

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support overnight manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and improving the performance of injection molding machines and auxiliary systems. Ideal for technicians with plastics industry experience and solid electrical troubleshooting skills—including arc flash awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

5-8+ years of experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting Injection molding experience preferred (plastics industry) Proficient in troubleshooting up to 480V AC, IO-level diagnostics, and servo positioning theory Solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems strong documentation skills and use of maintenance tracking software Associates degree in electronics or technical discipline preferred Basic PC knowledge (Excel, Outlook, maintenance systems) Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and geometric figures Forklift certification or willingness to obtain Must be able to work independently and address urgent maintenance issues before PMs Arc flash safety training or understanding of electrical safety best practices

Compensation & Benefits:

$35
